Acumen took to our project with gusto and delivered more than we could have hoped.
Charlie Woodworth Communications Manager, Fawcett Society
The Fawcett Society is the UKs leading campaigning organisation for women's rights and equality. They approached us to develop refreshed branding, an online communications strategy and a newly designed website that would be the centrepiece of their online campaigning activities for years to come.
Having gained an insight into the Fawcett Society’s key audiences and an understanding of the organisations’ key strategic objectives, we worked closely with the communications team to develop a brand refresh and design direction that would complement their work across a variety of stakeholder groups.
We then set Fawcett up with an easy-to-use, open source content management system - Wordpress, which we customised to allow the easy creation of a number of different content types and calls to action, marrying the design and functionality to ensure the right balance of content flexibility and user experience across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
We also implemented a custom resource library, instantly giving the organisation a searchable, accessible online archive.
The launch of the website on international womens day was met with a significant amount of positive feedback on twitter and the Fawcett Society’s Facebook page. You can see a selection of these below.
A snippet of some of the lovely feedback we had from the twittersphere.
